Rather than living off a diet of coffee, breakfast pastries, and fast food, why not take care of your body this exam season! 3. Blackcurrants

Vitamin C is known to increase mental agility, and blackcurrants are one of best sources of Vitamin C.

4. Pumpkin seeds

Pumpkin seeds are loaded with zinc! Zinc helps improve memory and critical thinking skills, so be sure to grab a handful of these bad boys in the morning.

5. Broccoli

Broccoli is a major source of Vitamin K. Vitamin K improves cognitive function and brainpower!

6. Eggs

Not only can eggs be eaten in many different forms, BUT eggs are a great study food! One egg contains antioxidants, nutrients, 6 grams of protein, and less than 100 calories - plus it will fill you up so you won’t be dealing with a rumbling stomach as you try and study.


7. Peanut butter

I’m not recommending you eat an entire jar of peanut butter, but a little bit of peanut butter (which is high in healthy fats and protein) will actually give you a major brain boost.


8. Dried fruit

Dried fruit is perfect for snacking, and is packed with vitamins and energy (just be sure to avoid the dried fruit made with added sugar).
